Individual Counseling (Clinical Services)

Individual counseling is available for adults seeking support with emotional well-being, stress, life transitions, relationships, trauma, and personal growth. Services are provided through secure telehealth and are grounded in evidence-informed, compassionate care.

Clinical counseling services are offered through Alma and Headway, which manage scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and required intake documentation.

Coaching & Professional Support (Non-Clinical)

Coaching and professional support services are designed for individuals seeking goal-focused, short-term support related to leadership, performance, stress management, career transitions, or decision-making.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, is not billable to insurance, and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

To schedule coaching:

  • Payment is private pay and due at the time of service
  • Coaching engagements may be one-time or short-term

Business & Workplace Consultation

Business and workplace consultation services support organizations, HR leaders, and management teams navigating complex people-related challenges. Services may include leadership consultation, employee well-being strategy, change management support, critical incident response, and targeted trainings.

Business services are not scheduled through the online calendar and require a brief consultation to clarify scope and goals.

To get started:

  • Submit a consultation request using this form
  • A brief discovery call will be scheduled to assess needs and next steps
  • Services may be structured as project-based, hourly, or retainer engagements

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Clinical counseling services are offered through Alma and Headway, which manage insurance verification, billing, and claims. Insurance acceptance varies by plan and state. Coaching and business consultation services are private pay and are not billable to insurance.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Clinical counseling appointments are scheduled directly through Alma or Headway using the links provided. Coaching sessions are scheduled through my Google Calendar. Business and organizational services require a brief consultation and are scheduled separately.


What is the difference between therapy and coaching?

Therapy is a clinical service that may involve diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions and is provided within the scope of clinical licensure. Coaching is non-clinical and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on present and future goals rather than clinical treatment.

Are services offered via telehealth?

Yes. All services are currently offered via secure telehealth platforms.


What states do you provide counseling in?

Clinical counseling services are provided in accordance with state licensure requirements. Availability varies by state and will be confirmed through Alma or Headway during the scheduling process.


What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Full policies are provided during the intake process.

Do you provide services in Spanish?

Yes. Services are available in both English and Spanish.


Do you work with businesses and organizations?

Yes. I partner with businesses, HR leaders, and management teams to provide workplace consultation, leadership support, and strategic guidance related to employee well-being, organizational culture, change management, and critical incident response.


Can I schedule business consultation through the online calendar?

No. Business and organizational services are scheduled separately to ensure appropriate scope and alignment. Please submit a consultation request to get started.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Coaching services are confidential; however, they are not covered by HIPAA and do not involve clinical treatment. Confidentiality terms are outlined in the coaching agreement.


What if I am in crisis?

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room. This practice does not provide emergency services.
